Registered Psychotherapist and Founder of Third Wave Psychotherapy

Zoubida is a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Third Wave Psychotherapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, a Graduate Degree in Sexuality from the Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.

Drawing from both extensive academic training and clinical experience, Zoubida specializes in trauma-informed approaches, third-wave cognitive-behavioural therapies, and cross-cultural psychology. She is licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

Zoubida’s therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, warmth, and authenticity—values that guide her work and create a safe, collaborative environment for clients. She works with adults and offers services in both English and French.

Through both academic and professional experience, Samantha has specialized in trauma-informed approaches, culturally sensitive care, and mindfulness-based practices. Licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the CCPA, Samantha’s therapeutic style is guided by compassion, genuineness, and a deep commitment to creating a safe and supportive space for her clients.

Samantha provides therapy in English and specializes in self-esteem, relationship challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, and depression.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys hiking, cycling, and reading.
